  • 2. Install it and run a FULL scan
  • 3. Remove any problems it finds and allow a restart if necessary
  • 4. Download Free AVG antivirus from download.com
  • 5. Install it and run a FULL scan
  • 6. Remove any problems it finds
  • 7. Download Spybot Search and Destroy
  • 8. Install it and run a FULL scan
  • 9. Remove any problems it finds and allow a restart if necessary

These pieces of software will remove most virus, adware, and spyware that you encounter. If the problem persists, and you find that desktop repair or laptop repair is necessary, please call us for a repair estimate.

Initial installation(includes setup of two computers and one wireless router): $150

Each additional device: $75

 

Includes setup of filesharing and printer sharing(previously installed printer). Wireless security setup (WEP or WPA) and training on proper wireless administration. Does not include hardware.
